Collect on ice. Special tube available from Biochemistry department at Monash prior to collection with 200 uL Aprotinin added to the 4 mL EDTA tube. 10 ml blood required.
Note: For some patients a non-fasting sample may be acceptable. Contact the Chemical pathologist or Biochemistry registrar for approval.
